Square hollow sections, steel, properties??

Does anyone have information about steel square and rectangular hollow sections. There seems to be two types i.e. HotFormed and Cold Formed . Does anyone know what the advantages are for one over the other and is one more expensive.

Cheers

AIUI the cold formed sections are cheaper. The lower grade CF sections, branded by Corus as Strongbox are not suitable for structural applications (Steel Construction Institute Advisory Desk note AD271). The CF Hybox 355 and HF Celsius 355 sections are, but have different properties, so one should not be substituted for the other without first checking the suitability.
