It's an elderly FreeView tuner. Have a few used only for radio. One has failed. The TOP 244Y chip has blown apart. Think it is basically just the on/off switch on the DC side. Nothing else looks damaged. Worth a punt just replacing it?

That's a mains voltage SM chip, there's a data sheet with suggested circuits. If it's blown itself apart it would seem a good idea to check the mains reservoir cap along with both the diodes hanging off the Drain pin.

Depends how much you like debugging SMPSUs (given it may have blown something else as well).

However as has been said check the rest of the components in the circuit. These things seldom self destruct without good reason like a short or some kind of change to its input. Brian
