There was a case a few years back where someone dug a cellar under his drive and garage near junc 1 of the M5. It was being used as an illegal factory and had several sewing machines in it. It was discovered when next doors car fell into it one night. If you do decide to do a bit of tunnelling do use good props horizontally and vertically.
*Awful* voice + hidden annex = mass murderer imo.
