Just out of interest. What is the difference between High and Low Modulus silicones?

Ok, it's more than a month since it was last asked ;-)

It's officially the modulus of elasticity, but as the high and low are arse about face I like to think of it as the modulus of rigidity ie High modulus has high rigidity, low modulus has low rigidity, ie. is more squidgy.

If you want to accomodate a lot of movement use low modulus, it you want it harder wearing, use high modulus.
