We're hearing a regular brief flush (less than a second) from our toilet and there appears to be a constant, very slow flow of water into the pan.
Anyone got any idea on what the problem might be before I have to start dismantling it all? The diaphragm washer is intact.
Thanks. Unfortunately it concentrates on the inlet diaphragm and we don't have a problem with that.

Interesting on this video that they tell you to turn off the water supply before staring to remove parts...
