There is a "eco" building in my local park with the walls clad in wood shingles and with dead weeds as the living roof - the shingles look s**te. My prediction is the council will not have enough money in the budget when the shingles require replacement and the building will become more of an eyesore.
There is some coffin board clading near me that has curled so much its more like flumes for starlings to play in than weather-boards
