Having trouble getting rid of sawdust, usually person who took it hasgot rid of his share in his horses.Mostly it will be from untreated wood, but there will be some fromtanalised, MDF, hardwood. Also if there has been heavy rain thenthere will most likely be some that gets wet before we bag it.I am loathe to hire skips etc to dump, as this will work out veryexpensive over the course of a year.

Local pet shops not interested ?(not sure what effect the tanalised / mdf might have on critters though)

sawdust, anyone want some ?

Shame. Smouldering fires do create some pretty horrible smoke too.

guarantee they will know what to do, - as long as your stuff doesn't deposit harmful chemicals into the ground when it decomposes) ;-)

Hmmm could take a bit of planning but i am sure that i can ensure a virtually clean source of non contaminated sawdust. Need to get a 2 or 4 bag extractor and a deflector so that any tanalised wood sawdust could just be shot out of the chute without collection, and dispose of differently
