Been done a few times but every set of instructions is different!
Boiler has Ns, Ls, Lr, being Neutral, Live and Switched live.
Stat (Towerstat RF) has (230volt) SL, L, SL, N being = Heat(SL) off Live, Heat(SL) on, Neutral. There is a jumper wire which must have the live connected to it.
So i got two switched lives. What goes to whEre on the boiler which ha only one switched live terminal

is this the one you have and does the receiver back look like the one on page 5?
It sounds as if they are simply the inverse of wach other. So you probably want the second SL connected to the boiler and can ignore the first.
SL(OFF) - Link wire - SL (ON)
Then at the bottom has nuetral - Live (with link wire
