Frien moved into house few weeks back, previous owner told them that the response sl1/sl2 alarm gad not worked fot 18 months due to all batteries need replacing including the rechargeable one in the siren/control box. Purchased all new batterries and replaced them. Getting no reponse from anything. Tried deleting and re-installing keypads etc but the main unit does not identify as in giving the appropiate bleep recognition when pairing up. Any ideas tried call ?esponse help line but they not much help
