I'm restoring an old box (probably 50 - 100 yrs old) for a friend which has a simple box lock fitted in the front edge. The key is missing and I would like to get a replacement. It would have to be a "pipe" type, i.e. with a hole in the end. Key o/d approx 3/16", with a 3/32" pipe (hole). Barrel len gth unimportant but approx 3/4" to 1 1/2" would be fine. I have probably thrown dozens away over the years!! I've been trawling t'internet without much success. Does anybody know where I could get one? Or if anybody has one in the bottom of a drawer and would like it to go to a good home I would be more than happy to pay postage and a small amount for your trouble.
