Hi folks, can you repair smallish cracks an holes with cement and sbr and no aggregate. This is just on a rough surface, which l then brush over with a what l call a bond coat of the same ingredient but thinner. l will obviously paint it later.

In what? Concrete? Rendering? How big is smallish?
gis a clue mate PVA is water soluble btw.
