I found them down-to-earth (no slimy salesmen), obliging, conscientious and (above all) the job has been really well finished. Given the parade of neer-do-wells that have trashed various bits of my house over the last 10 years it's a delight to find a contractor who can actually manage to improve the place rather than wreck it.
