Kills me every time I hear it.
Judging by the reaction of the audience, it wasn't offending any one. Even St. Trinians had a Fokker joke in it.
I wonder if a Luftwaffe pilot ever broke into the Spitfire net with, "Hey, meet the Fokkers".
