Hi. Your problem may be the Combi. check boiler details for max. length of supply pipe+ plus size all critical. Also there are variables in gas supply-Things seem to have changed, and tee off may not now be practical. Engineer should have run tests on supply pipe to establish if pressure ok, Air/gas mix etc.. Get advice from Gorgi reg. Please don't mess.
