Some people would kill for that many bins. We have to fit all our recycling in a crate - and they give you a small bag for cardboard instead of a full-size bin for it, so you have to spend ages folding cardboard into smaller size that one side of a flattened box. And we don't get garden rubbish collected unless we pay extra for it.
Even recycling everything we can do, both our general waste bin (one week) and our recycling crate (the other week) are usually full to overflowing. And that's for just two of us, not with children.
It's fine to get people to recycle more, but the total amount of rubbish will still be the same. Somehow "they" want us to throw away less - even as recycling.
