No it doesn't include your son because he's British. I doubt if he'll grow up with an alien value system that will lead him to place bombs on passenger planes.

Apprantly Poland is getting nicer over time. Sooner or later they won't want too.

To raise the money we should impose a tax on all foreigners living abroad.

Don't be daft. What foreigner is going to allow his child to be educated in the UK state system? Education standards are far higher in Eastern Europe.
