Order outstanding since 22nd April. No goods shipped, no confirmation messages, no response to repeated emails and they're invisible by phone. Is this tyical behaviour for Tool-NET ?
Anyone happen to have a contact phone / fax number for them, or do I have to dig it up through companies house ?
I'm definitely unimpressed and won't be dealing with them again. They're actually worse than Northern Tools !
