Anyone here replaced stock rubber bushings with the polyurethane type and if so, what difference did you notice - if any - in the comfort and handling of the vehicle?

Our Volvo V70 has polybushed wishbones - I reckon they make the ride more jittery but 17 inch wheels and low profile tyres don't help. If I could be bothered I'd replace then with OEM but it's a 2005 car and not worth it now. The handling on these cars isn't great anyway.
