Small oiless compressor, with the above adjustable pressure regulator on the outlet, before the final connection to the air line. It is not letting any air through to the air line at all, but there is plenty of pressure at the input to the valve.
Has anyone repaired one of these please?

Got it!
There are two seals inside, to control the pressure. A cone shaped one and a second one which mates around the first. For some rather strange reason the two had flipped places, causing the the outlet to block completely.
