PAR 25 lamps

For those who don't know them, they are a smaller version of the PAR 38 - usually 75 watts in old money. They are similar to an RO 80. But shorter so don't stick out of the housing so much and give a tighter beam.

Need the closest I can get in LED. Tried an ordinary RO 80 LED, but that sticks out to far - and also puts too much light out to the sides.

Bit of Googling shows they vary enormously in price.

Thanks, Adrian. After ages Googling this morning found them at Edwards in Dulwich. Most expensive was Mr Resistor at about 5 times the price - for what looks like the same Bell lamp. Not sure about the output, though - says 580 lumens, about half of the RO 80 ones. But if it ends up on the worktops rather than walls might just be OK.

They arrived lunchtime today. Pleased to say they are not a bad match at all to the original halogen PAR 25.
