Painting the outside of a Townhouse

Feb 18, 2006 5 Replies

I need to roll paint the outside of our townhouse in white.

However my neighbour is very fussy about my paint encroaching his side.

How can I get a distinct dividing line, what can I use the achieve this !!!

Many thanks.

Whats stopping you?

Judgement is the key,if in doubt miss half inch on you're side of the brickwork.

What material?

What?

Probably the best way would be to snap a chalk line where you want to paint up to, then using a brush paint from the line back a few inches onto your property, then roller the rest of the wall

She's a popular, though oddly named painter.

Thanks for your ideas, all appreciated.

Cheers
