Wrong type of wind according to a friend of mine who can see the pic. You know nature not playing fiar?

Presumably not feathered enough and braked. If it was rotating it would have tried to fell itself so must have been braked but the wind "too strong" (naughty wind) for the blade base to take the stress of not being feathered enough or just not designed properly to handle naughty strong winds.
