City Link used to be pretty darned good here. Then they closed the local depot - about two miles away - now the nearest is around 50 miles so a real pain and cost to go there. And they are unutterably awful.

I'm totally bemused by the Post Office's new pricing. I put some things on ebay, put the weight into the price finder as a medium parcel, and all the weights between 1 and 2 kg's were £8 and upwards depending on the service.

I bought something and was sent a Royal Mail tracking number, put it into the website, which said it couldn't be tracked until it was delivered. So, if it goes to Outer Mongolia and is never seen again, what happens?
