ot cheesy wotsits

Just recived a parcel and it was full of those white cellulose things that smell like cheesy wotsits without the cheese...are they safe to eat ? ...

If they're the water soluble ones, then they probably are safe to eat. Clearly, though, if not intended to be food, there is a risk. That said, I used to chomp on them.
