They're probably glad the parent didn't sue the store. Seems to be a lots of people about these days dreams of making big money by suing others for some spurious reason. Lefty cunts as TNP calls them. ie, Those that like to be parasites on others.
We used to laugh at America for this. Lawsuits should be banned by parliament.
and then what do you do when a company is genuinely negligent (such as leaving an unguarded hole in the pavement and a blind person falls in it?)
