Indeed. But that doesn't make them murderers. The chance of someone winning the lottery is, we're told, 14,000,000 to one. But, oddly, someone does quite often. Does that make them a cheat?

Noo, I'm sure there is a connection between earthquakes and people piddling in a public place, but I'd never suggest they were linked. Brian

Not any more; they have (or will?) added extra balls to make it 45 million to one.

Changed my mind about what that airliners crashing cause earthquakes.?

I had expected a very low standard of thought-throughput on here but this d egree of shit for brains beggars belief. If you can't think before you repl y to a post make sure it is on a topic you know something about, it may hel p you refrain from making a completely rammed head up arse of yourself.

Nope. Go back and read what you wrote. You said that major air crashes occur after earthquakes. Why draw attention to a spurious association unless you were trying to imply a causation.

Maybe you don't believe this anymore, but you clearly imply that you used to.

Quite right. It was the medical expert giving statistical evidence that was the problem. Didn't he get struck off?

The jury was probably influenced by that. ISTR a tabloid headline screaming "70 million to 1" odds, or something like that.

Wasn't the initial appeal unsuccessful, specifically because the judges said that the flawed statistical evidence was only a very small part of the case against the lady?

Quite frankly I wonder how you mange to incorporate the use of a computer with the use of writing. Natural laws appear to have no logic or merit where you are concerned. I am very sorry that you have wasted my time.

How difficult would it have been for you to read what I wrote you absolute oaf.

However things having changed. I am sure I do not wish to overload the electrical circuit in your porridge housing, not that it is doing much more that temporarily preventing it going rotten with disuse:

2015/11/02 08:31:16 51.64 -173.33 4.9 M Andreanof Islands, Aleutians 08:28:11 52.10 -173.31 4.7 M Andreanof Islands, Aleutians 08:24:23 51.60 -173.29 5.2 M Andreanof Islands, Aleutians 08:17:04 56.72 -175.78 5.2 mb Bering Sea 08:15:34 51.65 -173.42 5.9 M Andreanof Islands, Aleutians

Now it appears we are about to make up for the lack of a suitable earthquake with a largish eruption somewhere in the region of Papua New Guinea or Indonesia along with some Russian/Alaskan accompaniment.

I think that the energy value I was considering at the time of the forecast will be factored into an aerial storm of the type that produces derechos. May I presume that you know what those are? You obviously don't know what an airliner is perhaps as you give an example of so clearly here, above, you do not have the ability to look up.

That does not mean I believe you don't know about the sky or what generally happens to it and in it; so much as you have never given it any consideration, beyond it having something to do with a useful place for keeping air in.

And maybe cooling that porridge you carry around upon you shoulders so uselessly.

an air crash was by definition a correlation.

It isn't a factor. However I never claimed causation in context it is obvio us I claimed correlation of more than one coincident and that allows the co rrect use of the term: Correlation refers to any of a broad class of statis tical relationships involving dependence.

I never tried to explain a degree of dependence as this varies considerably all I implied was that overall failures are due to something in the air ho wever temporary or unfortunate its precipitation. I will help you out here but since you are determined to be right at my cost I will not take you ver y far, as You can not get far disblieving me with success:

(Not that you seem to have difficulty enjoying successful disbelief. Succee ding at disbelief is the proclivity of those determined to enjoy failure.)

I have set out several earthquakes of a magnitude likely to provide suitabl e examples not because I wish to encourage you but because I believe you to be so adept at failure:

of airliners take place within a few days of a large earthquake. Yesterday I forecast another such earthquake for Sunday.

should they have all the fun?

Air-storms of the same amplitude as magnitude 7 or greater earthquakes are vary rare. And had the suspected correlation been linked to the demise of t ropical storms the correlation offered to the Imbecilical Tim would have be en made clear to him inasmuch as anything can be made clear to Tim.

There seems to be an issue with the airliner that is beyond the scope of th is discussion: Sinai crash First bodies arrive in Russia as officials say plane broke up in air. If th is machine was subject to vandalism then murder is beyond my remit and will be judged by god not men.

Best current theory is an improper repair after a heavy "tail strike" years ago causing bulkhead failure and explosive decompression. This has sadly happened several times before. Something that can be verified by conventional science, a subject alien to you clearly.
