Thanks. I found this too via Mr Google:

I have now moved the receiver to one of the two 'main' USB ports and this appears to have resolved this issue. Should this not be part of the instructions as not everyone would know this?
That's a good question.
Some of the debug steps we try out, they would reflect poorly on the product if put into the manual for all to read.
When my Bluetooth wasn't working here, it took me a bit to figure out it needed to be on an extender cable. And that it was going to work best, if line-if-sight. I figured the signal would just bounce off a wall and I was done.
