Never heard of 'cammers'. They're usually 'cammras'.

We already have "prankers" - which has the advantage of rhyming with what they really are.

What if I self-identify as a dash cam user instead?

I baulked at "Detectorists'. And 'Selfies'.

And while we're at it, why do reporters always forget that a Town Hall is a building, the meeting is a Town Hall Meeting. I have yet to see anybody holding a Town Hall, it would be way too big.

One I have noticed more frequently recently are "journalists" referring to "aircrafts"...

Thank you for gifting us with this word.

And its nothing new, most obviously with loonys being sectioned.

"Being sectioned" once meant "Hung, drawn and quartered".

How times have changed.

Eh? I wonder where that came from. Us anoraks and the like need to stand up for our words. :-) Brian

I think then those who have cameras on helmets should be called Helcamers then?

I was listening to the radio and it seems people who listen to old music and records are now Nostalgists.
