Just walking from one side to the other will move a floating boat - it will rock in the water.
Yes, just fart in one direction, that will move the boat( ever so slightly.)

It was tongue in cheek, but a 20 mm gatling gun has a LOT of recoile and will move a small boat until the ammo runs out.

Nope, a sensible question. Can you, a person standing in a boat with no engine, no oars, no ability to lean over and paddle with your hands, no access to the shore, etc, move the boat by jolting it?
And you might get free fish.
I've not heard of that unit of thrust before.
