Be ware lidl have a 2.6kw generator on the mad aisle for silly money ! Not really that much use, but cool thing to have ?

You'll also need ear defenders, as it puts out 96dB at 1 metre.

If it's at your local store, it's a left over from a previous offer.

One would have been very handy for quite a few jobs that I used to do, though.

Even outside the window you would not have much peace I'd imagine. Really, engines need not be so noisy surely? Brian

The Lidl generators are built to sell for a low price, not for quality or refinement. As a result, two of the things that gets missed out is a decent silencer and soundproofing.
