I went to a friends house today to have a look at his bathroom that he has just had redone.
The electrician has put a Dimplex wall fan heater on the wall and the wire goes into a switch fuse spur at the side of it.
Is this right ?

That depends.... Nothing inherently wrong with it, unless the fan heater is inappropriate for the location, or zone it has been installed in. Switched FCU is fine in zone 3.
