Internal wall insulation

I have a bedroom with 3 external walls (the room measures 4m long by 3m wide). It is a victorian house with solid wall construction and very cold. I have increased the loft insulation but I would like to try and increase the insulation properties of the internal walls. Could anyone suggest a type of plasterboard or other material that I could use that is up to 25mm thick?

Thanks

I would recommend Kingspan Kooltherm K17, but the thinnest available is

32.5mm. Even that thickness would make a substantial improvement to room comfort and heating costs. If the existing walls have typical thick Victorian plaster, then removing this might give you an extra 20mm. In which case, adding the 25mm that you can, you have 45mm total, which could use 42.5mm K17 and a plaster skim. This will be substantially better still, but a very dusty process.

You can get plasterboard that is backed with a PIR foam (Celotex, kingspan etc) that offers a very high insualtion value in a relatively little thickness. This sounds ideal for the task.

Cork is nice, but a little expensive for that kind of area

If its a solid brick wall, even lining with (horror!) cork will make a real difference..but the above is the best you can do at the width restriction.
