14th Edition in 1976. That was current when I worked at an Electricity Board. Back then, the regs were seen as a guide to good working practice, rather than as commandments set in stone.
I no longer have a copy (sadly) but I did have one followng the workshop course I did in 1960. 13th Edition, I assume - small brown book.
I was still drinking milk at school in those days:-)
