How many times will whatsapp ask me to accept their new terms

The new terms require my data to be shared across facebook, but I keep rejecting that luxury. I have signal and telegraph messinger apps set up ready.

The new terms don't allow that sharing for those of us in the UK or the EU, as the GDPR prevents it.

Oh yes, well, this in theory, right? Brian

If they're going to break the rules of the GDPR, they are going to do it whether or not you have accepted the new terms (which do state that the data sharing does not apply here).

If you don't trust them to abide by the rules, it makes no difference whether you accept the new terms or not anyway.

Just thinking they may block my account if I don't agree.

Oh, they will I think, it'll be deleted

Yes, but whether you agree or not, unless you stop using Whatsapp, you are relying upon them following the regulations. So either your data is safe or it is not, irrespective of the new terms.

I have Signal and Telegram set up with family ready. I won't need both, but will check to see which one works best for us.
