Many houses with rendered frotage look a bit shabby. However, I have noticed some new builds and renovations look different - as though a new technique is used - crisp sharp corners and flat faces.
What is different?

probably K-rend or similar silicone render and corner beads
A Weber product was used on a neighbours house recently after the previous render was removed. The product was applied by a plasterer.
