Was taking a Honeywell motorised head off a zone valve and one of the captive screws wasnt really captive. D****d thing fell out down the bck of the HW cylinder and is gone forever. Does any one know the thread type/size of these screws?
No idea I am afraid but if the screw was steel dangling a magnet on a string after it might just get it back if there is nothing much else to attract the magnet.
If the OP has only lost *one* screw, why not measure the remaining screw(s) to determine the size - particularly if they aren't really captive either.
