Help needed to identify a bulb.

I am unable to buy bulbs like this locally

is 240 volt and about the same size as a normal halogen capsule but with straight pins. The one in the picture is 300W and too powerful, I would like

40/60 watt.

I can only find 12 or 24 volt capsules with straight pins.

Can anyone advise what it is I should be searching for online.

that looks like a Overhead projector bulb ....

I think the pinss are a bit close together but you may be able to modify a g9 bullb by clipping the outside wires and straightening up the pins ...

I've looked at 3 separate website of lamp specialists, none of them have anything other that the 300w ones for 240v. Pleanty of lower wattage for

12v.

What has it come from?
