Well for starters it's not just solar, it's solar plus battery storage.
Question: does it have sufficient battery that it never needs to import/export to the grid?
This will only provide power during the day. It'll want to be in a desert, too, but that's OK for the US.
Let me know where the deserts are in this country, would you?

They mention SMRs, but only to say there are hardly any SMRs in the world, neatly overlooking all the nuclear submarines. They also try to insist that there's a shortage of fuel, which there isn't.

Its the current green myth: that all SMRs use HALEU which is in short supply due to the fact no one wants it...
