After I challenged them to take me to court when they had clearly overstepped their own time limit guidelines on issuing ANPR parking fines, I got a letter today essentially saying that I was still guilty as f*ck but they would graciously let me off as I was only 10 minutes over the time.
Imagine if they took me to court and LOST. And set a legal precedent....
