Can anyone tell me if I can buy Dynabolts in the UK? I am after 6.5mm x

40mm Dynabolts to fix a steel frame to a concrete base.

Known as Rawlbolts I think. Trade name anyway. There's a generic name that escapes me.

I'd use Multi Monte's for that job
