Busy browsing to find a solution to a dripping Quooker tap, I was interrupted by a Firefox upgrade offer! My system is set to automatically install upgrades so I dumped it.
Was this a scam? Very fancy looking site!

Ok all. Despite W7 32 bit not being supported there is a current upgrade which seems to have installed ok!
Where is everyone? Late night Thursday? Seems a bit unlikely:-)
Users of firefox on Win7 should have been shifted onto the v115.0 ESR version, which apart from monthly .1 releases is slated be the end of the road, v115.6 was released 18th december
What version are you on?
In practice they still seem to be producing 32bit versions for non-ESR up to v121
115.6.0esr
I still haven't transferred to the W11 box:-( Confidence/skill deficiency!
Be warned that if it’s down to the solenoid leaking, you have to buy the whole element/solenoid/valve package.

Nothing so fancy. I have a *tap valve* on order from Quooker. £30!
The tap is not helped by the child safety *push before turn* operation with unwarned visitors.
The carbon filter they supplied 2 years ago is now warned as becoming unavailable! I suppose it has only done 20% of the expected life but this does seem rather sharp practice for a 5 year old plumbing attachment.
