My neighbour's charger reports automagically to his employer so he can be reimbursed for his use on teh firm's van. This reporting can probably be extended to teh tax(wo)man.

My son bought one for his work. Travelling a territory a couple of hundred miles across, mending things.
He can almost always charge it at home. It's far cheaper to run, nice and quiet, and handles rather better than you'd expect for an SUV style. Because all the weight is in the floor!
