There is a small draught coming from around the Euro door lock. Has any one seen anything for blanking the lock on the out side to stop the draught.

Can't you remove the handles and put a little bead of sealant around the lock ?
You sure it's actually coming through the barrel? I'd have expected it to be coming round the body - that's easily fixed with a smear of your favourite sealant.
