Difference between ready mixed filler and decorator's caulk

What, other than the package and delivery method, is difference between ready mixed filler and decorator's caulk?

Caulk is more flexible.

Exactly ...all right for sealing round edges and stuff but for holes or anything that is likely to need sanding use filler of some sort .
