Our De Dietrich dish-washer (model JVF300) is not performing as well as it used to; there is residue left on dishes, particularly if the dish-washer is full. I've run a dish-washer cleaner (Finish) through it, which seemed to help a little, at least temporarily.
There is a rotating arm at the bottom of the dishwasher which I see from the manual is the "lower sprinkling arm" which seems rather loose.
But I'm not sure if this is meant to be driven by the motor, or if it is meant to turn of its own volition in the flow?
Any advice or suggestions gratefully received.
