The door is about 9 years old mahogany colour and it has just developed several cracks in the UPVC . Is there anything I can use to seal up the cracks?

Various gunges in tubes could be applied but basically your door has reached the end of it's designed life. It was probably guaranteed for
10 or more years but even if you can find the paper work the company who installed it will no longer exist - or are very unlikely to honour their promise. Plastic is a big rip-off. Time for a new one. If you want something which will last a bit longer try wood.cheers

How long/where on the door are the cracks? Is appearance very important?
