Just musing over a do-er up-per which has gone on the market locally - a semi with a flat roof. What does anyone reckon would be a ball-park figure for adding a proper, pitched tiled roof to it? Its footprint is about 7m x 7 m (next door's the same, and would need doing at the same time)
