Well no, essentially you average out millions of readings to get 'mean sea level' The real problem is locating the satellites altitude to the nearest mm.

It's Xmas and there's Covid so everyone is obsessed with social distancing, anti-vax and guzzling meat.
We've forgotten the climate but the climate hasn't forgotten us......
And then in the New Year it will all be about growth, expanding businesses, flying more planes, luxury space flights and all the rest of it fuelled by massive internet servers consuming more and more energy. And of course more meat and cutting down forests to rear cattle.

True... The climate is the ultimate psychopath. It doesn't care in the slightest for the human race.
Meanwhile humans create gods who do care for them. Or so they believe.....
