Concrete surface repair

I know I asked a different variant of this question a couple of years ago, but things have moved on now. I had a four inch square that was cut out of a coping stone due to a 'misunderstanding' that I was wanting to fill. ln the end l got it filled by a builder using a fairly heavy concrete mix. He has left a rough surface, slightly indented and ideal for a surfacing layer. Is there an outdoor equivalent to Polyfilla that could be applied as a thin layer to create a smooth finish?

I have used this for concrete repairs it regularly has the car driven over it and nothing has shifted it.

There was/is an outdoor version of Tetrion filler.

You need something frost resistant.

I tried to patch a path with a mix using water proof glue and it was fine until the first frost.
