Hi, About to move into a new house just went round doing the snagging list (a few pages of a4) and did the turn on hot taps thing turned on hot bath tap and hot basin tap and the basin tap went down to a dribble. I know that combi boilers are crap for this but is there any way to improve it (The boiler wasnt on btw so this may have had an effect)

Most combi boilers make no attempt to regulate the flow of water anyway (if you ask for more you get more but cooler water) so that is probably not the problem here.
So at a guess you ae looking at insufficent flow rate fome the mains or lots of restrictive pipework in the house.
